These terms apply exclusively to the following:
- Services: Live or scheduled sessions, coaching, and hands-on training events.
- Informational Products: Digital course materials, e-books, and related downloadable content.
- Physical Goods: Any tangible products associated with course enrollment, such as printed materials or equipment.
Refund Policy
Services
Refund requests for service-type offerings (live coaching, mentoring, workshops) must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the session date. Refunds will be processed if the cancellation is due to legitimate issues such as unforeseen personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts. To request a refund or reschedule a service, please contact us via the contact.php form with your order details.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method and processed within 14 business days. If you prefer to reschedule the service instead of a refund, we will accommodate the change subject to availability without additional charge.
Note: Some services may have a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of personalized instruction or limited availability. Such terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. In these cases, no refunds will be issued, but rescheduling options may be discussed.
Informational Products
Since informational products are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once the download or access has been granted. In rare cases of technical issues preventing access, please contact us promptly through the contact.php form for assistance.
Physical Goods
If you receive defective or incorrect physical goods, please notify us within 14 days of receipt via the contact.php form with photos and order details. Return shipping instructions will be provided, and upon verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged. Refunds for physical goods will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received.
Service Rescheduling Policy
Skillmasteryway accommodates rescheduling of service sessions subject to availability. Please submit rescheduling requests via the contact.php form at least 3 business days before the original appointment. Last-minute rescheduling may not be possible.
User Obligations
Users agree to use the services and materials provided responsibly and not to share personal access credentials or redistribute content unlawfully.
Limitation of Liability
Skillmasteryway is committed to providing high-quality educational services but does not guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on individual effort and circumstances. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of skillmasteryway services after changes signifies acceptance. The latest version will always be available on our website.
